Within 90 days from the close of the first financial year after its incorporation, Nidhi shall file a statutary compliance return in form NDH-1 as per companies (Registration Offices and Fees) rules, 2014.After that as per rule 21 of the Nidhi rules 2014, every Nidhi Company require to file half yearly return with the Register Of Company (ROC) in form NDH-3 as per companies (Registration Offices and Fees) rules, 2014 within 30 days from the conclusion of each half year duely certified by a company secretary in practice, or chartered accountant in practice, or a cost accountant in practice.
